NebularHost agrees to provide the services described in the order for the fees stated. You agree to pay for these services according to the billing terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any illegal purpose or in any way that violates our Acceptable Use Policy. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Hosting malicious content or malware
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other systems

3. Payment and Billing

Services are billed in advance. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

NebularHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes.
